Traveller Protection Standard

Your journey is yours before it is ever a story.

Thrill My Guide may ask what you want travel to protect, support, help you understand or give space for. That trust does not automatically give us the right to turn your private answers into public marketing.

Our Zero Tolerance Policy exists so you can focus on your journey without feeling that you also need to create a public version of yourself for us.

No Pressure For Praise

No Automatic Testimonial

Sharing Stays Your Choice

What The Policy Protects

You should be able to answer honestly without wondering how the answer will look in public.

TMG does not treat private Travel Discovery responses, private post journey reflections or support conversations as public marketing content by default. Any separate use must follow the applicable privacy framework, relevant permissions and applicable law.

Travel Discovery

Your reasons for travelling

Rest, family time, faith, a celebration, reflection, confidence, perspective or another personal aspiration can help us understand the journey without becoming a public story.

Personal Context

The context behind your needs

Couple dynamics, family needs, time pressure, senior comfort or other context may help with planning. It does not become advertising simply because it helped us personalise travel.

Reflection

What happened after the journey

A private reflection can say something changed, nothing changed, the trip was simply enjoyable or part of it did not work. None of those answers needs to become a testimonial.

Honest Feedback

Praise is not the price of support

Criticism should not reduce access to support or change how a valid concern is assessed. Booking, cancellation or refund outcomes still follow the applicable terms and facts.

Public Sharing

You decide if you want an audience

Travellers remain free to share their own experience publicly. This policy is about removing pressure and automatic repurposing, not restricting a traveller’s voice.

TMG Culture

Understand deeply. Publish carefully.

The more personal the information, the more important it becomes to separate journey planning from public storytelling.

A Simple TMG Rule

We may need to understand your story to design around you. That does not make your story ours.

Why TMG Chose This Approach

When people expect to be watched, judged or displayed, the experience can become partly about the audience.

That idea does not come from one travel study. It comes from several research areas that help explain impression management, social evaluation, privacy, authenticity, public identity and intrinsic motivation.

TMG uses that research conservatively. We do not claim that publicity automatically harms a journey or that privacy automatically creates transformation. We use the evidence to support a simpler principle: unnecessary pressure to perform a personal experience for an audience is not required for good travel.

Impression Management

People naturally care about how others see them.

Leary and Kowalski’s influential model describes impression management as the process of becoming motivated to control the impressions other people form and then constructing the desired impression.

Leary & Kowalski, Psychological Bulletin, 1990. DOI 10.1037/0033-2909.107.1.34

Social Evaluation

Being evaluated by others can meaningfully change the pressure of a situation.

A meta analysis of laboratory stress studies found that socially evaluative situations, especially when combined with low control, were associated with stronger physiological stress responses.

Dickerson & Kemeny, Psychological Bulletin, 2004. DOI 10.1037/0033-2909.130.3.355

Public Identity

Publicly recognised intentions can sometimes change later goal behaviour.

In four studies, Gollwitzer and colleagues found that when identity related intentions were noticed by others, participants sometimes pursued subsequent goal relevant behaviour less intensively.

This is not proof that talking publicly about travel prevents personal change. It is a useful reminder that public identity and private goal pursuit are not always psychologically identical.

Gollwitzer et al., Psychological Science, 2009. DOI 10.1111/j.1467-9280.2009.02336.x

Authentic Expression

Authentic expression and idealised presentation are not the same experience.

Research combining a large social media dataset with a preregistered longitudinal experiment found greater authentic self expression was associated with better subjective well being than more idealised presentation in that context.

Bailey et al., Nature Communications, 2020. DOI 10.1038/s41467-020-18539-w

Privacy And Choice

How information is requested can influence whether people disclose it.

A systematic review and meta analysis of privacy nudges found that interface and presentation choices can influence personal information disclosure. That supports being cautious about nudging people toward unnecessary public disclosure.

Ioannou et al., PLOS ONE, 2021. DOI 10.1371/journal.pone.0256822

Intrinsic Motivation

External incentives can sometimes change why people do something.

A major meta analysis found several forms of expected tangible reward could reduce intrinsic motivation in experimental settings. The finding does not directly test travel reviews, but it supports TMG’s preference not to make public praise the price of recognition or goodwill.

Deci, Koestner & Ryan, Psychological Bulletin, 1999. DOI 10.1037/0033-2909.125.6.627

What The Research Does Not Prove

Privacy is not a magic transformation technique.

These studies come from different psychological, social media, privacy and motivation contexts. They do not establish that public reviews damage travel outcomes, that a traveller must keep personal change secret or that any fixed number of days creates transformation.

They support a more modest policy choice: reduce unnecessary public pressure, preserve traveller control and let sharing happen because the traveller chooses it.

Traveller First. Creator Only By Choice.

Your journey can stay yours. Or one day, you may choose to help someone else through what you learned.

Those are two different relationships with Thrill My Guide.

As A Traveller

The journey is designed for you.

Your Travel Discovery information and private reflection are there to help understand and support your journey within the applicable privacy framework.

If You Later Choose To Become A Creator

Sharing becomes a separate, deliberate decision.

A Creator Journey can turn first hand experience into a clearly labelled journey blueprint for travellers who genuinely want that kind of experience.

Approval, hosting, specialist involvement, creator compensation where applicable and other commercial arrangements require their own separate terms. They are not created automatically by being a TMG traveller.

We would rather protect your story while it is personal than assume it should become public. If you later decide your experience can genuinely help someone else, that decision deserves its own doorway.

Next In This Policy

What does “zero tolerance” actually mean in day to day TMG behaviour?

The next block should define the prohibited practices clearly: review pressure, fabricated social proof, automatic publication of private reflection, retaliation for criticism, unsupported outcome promises, hidden creator conversion and other boundaries.

What Zero Tolerance Means

What Zero Tolerance Means

Some boundaries should not depend on how useful a traveller’s story might look to us.

“Zero tolerance” means these boundaries are part of how Thrill My Guide expects its own team, contractors, creators and relevant partners to behave when handling traveller stories, feedback, personal context and outcome based communication.

The principle is simple: information given to help us understand or support a traveller should not quietly change purpose and become something public, promotional or commercially useful without an appropriate separate basis for doing so.

Practices We Do Not Accept

The policy becomes meaningful only when the boundaries are specific.

The following practices are inconsistent with TMG’s traveller first standard.

No Review Pressure

We do not make praise feel compulsory.

A traveller should not feel repeatedly pushed to publish a positive review, rating or testimonial after sharing private feedback.

No Fabricated Proof

We do not invent traveller experiences.

Reviews, bookings, sold out claims, transformation stories, quotations or customer results should not be fabricated to create the appearance of demand or proof.

No Automatic Testimonial

Private reflection does not silently become public content.

Travel Discovery answers, private follow up responses, support conversations and personal journey reflections are not treated as public testimonials simply because TMG has received them.

No Retaliation

Honest criticism should not cost you support.

A negative review, complaint or private criticism should not by itself reduce access to ordinary support or affect how a legitimate booking issue is assessed.

No Guaranteed Transformation

We do not promise an internal result we cannot control.

Travel may create conditions for rest, reflection, connection, perspective or meaning. TMG does not guarantee healing, relationship repair, spiritual change, permanent transformation or another personal outcome.

No Hidden Creator Conversion

Traveller first. Creator only by choice.

A traveller does not become a public creator simply because their journey was meaningful. Creator participation requires a separate voluntary process, review and applicable terms.

No Fake Urgency

Scarcity should come from reality.

Limited dates, creator availability, supplier capacity or booking windows may be shown when genuine. TMG should not manufacture false urgency or fictional demand.

No Purpose Switching By Convenience

Information collected for planning should stay connected to that purpose.

Where another use is proposed, the applicable privacy framework, permissions, contractual basis and legal requirements should be considered separately.

What This Policy Does Not Mean

Protecting private reflection should not silence the traveller.

The Zero Tolerance Policy is intended to protect traveller choice. It is not intended to stop independent expression, prevent legitimate operational communication or promise secrecy beyond what can lawfully and practically be provided.

You May Speak Publicly

Your experience remains yours to discuss.

Travellers are free to share positive, mixed or critical experiences independently, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

Operational Use Still Exists

Information may still be needed to deliver the journey.

Relevant details may need to be handled for booking, personalisation, support, safety, supplier coordination, legal compliance or another legitimate operational purpose under the applicable privacy framework.

Privacy Has Boundaries

We do not describe privacy as absolute.

Information handling may be subject to legal obligations, security requirements, service providers, operational necessity, valid consent or other bases described in the applicable Privacy Policy and law.

Separate Permission Matters

A later voluntary public use can be different from the original private purpose.

Where a traveller separately chooses to participate in a public story, case study, creator programme or other clearly defined use, that should be handled as a separate decision rather than assumed from ordinary travel participation.

Internal Behaviour Standard

A privacy respectful culture has to exist inside the company, not only on the website.

TMG expects people working on traveller journeys to handle personal information according to their role, legitimate need, applicable instructions, contractual obligations and privacy requirements.

Need based access

People should receive traveller information when it is relevant to the work they are expected to perform.

Purpose aware handling

Information collected for one purpose should not casually be repurposed for an unrelated public use.

Respectful escalation

If someone is unsure whether a story, quote, image or detail may be used publicly, the safer internal response is to stop and obtain clarification.

Traveller dignity first

The traveller should not have to trade personal dignity for personalisation, support or recognition.

If You Believe A Boundary Was Crossed

You should be able to question our use of your story without first proving why it matters to you.

If you believe personal information, a quotation, an image, a private reflection or another traveller detail has been used in a way that should be reviewed, contact TMG with enough information to identify the material.

Step 1

Identify the material

Send the page, post, message, image, quotation or other reference where possible.

Step 2

Explain the concern

Tell us what information you believe is involved and what you want reviewed.

Step 3

Let the basis be reviewed

TMG can review the context, applicable permissions, contract, operational need and privacy framework relevant to the use.

Step 4

Escalate when appropriate

Formal privacy, legal or grievance routes remain available where ordinary support is not sufficient.

Next In This Policy

Your story can remain private without losing the value of what happened.

The next block should go deeper into traveller control: private reflection, photographs, names, family information, couple context, spiritual experiences, consent, withdrawal questions, public sharing and exactly how a separate Creator Journey decision works.

Your Story, Your Choice

Your Story, Your Choice

Personal does not mean public.

A journey can matter deeply without becoming content. Your name, photographs, family context, couple conversations, spiritual reflections, personal goals and the reasons you wanted to travel may help us understand you without becoming part of a public story.

Thrill My Guide separates the information needed to understand or deliver a journey from the separate decision to publish, promote or build a Creator Journey from that experience.

A Traveller First Principle

We do not believe that understanding your private reason for travelling gives us ownership over the story that follows.

Information That Can Feel Deeply Personal

Not every piece of travel information has the same emotional weight.

A pickup time and a life aspiration are both useful to planning, but they are not the same kind of information. TMG’s culture should reflect that difference.

Identity

Name, image and voice

A recognisable photograph, video, recording or name can connect an experience directly to a person and deserves careful handling.

Travel Discovery

Why you want the journey

Answers about what you want to protect, understand, feel differently about or make space for can be much more personal than ordinary itinerary preferences.

Relationships

Couple and family context

Information about parents, partners, children, family dynamics or shared decisions may involve more than one person’s privacy.

Faith And Meaning

Spiritual interpretation

A traveller may interpret a pilgrimage or spiritual experience in a deeply personal way. TMG should not turn that interpretation into a universal claim.

After Travel

Private reflection

What a traveller says around later reflection points can remain useful to the traveller and to TMG learning without becoming promotional material.

The Rule

Deeper information deserves deeper care.

Emotional usefulness to journey design does not lower the standard for responsible handling.

Photos, Videos And Personal Stories

A beautiful moment does not automatically become a brand asset.

Photographs or videos may be created during a journey for operational, personal or separately agreed purposes. Public use should be considered according to the applicable agreement, consent or other lawful basis rather than assumed because the image was captured during a TMG journey.

The same principle applies to a quotation, voice note, post journey message or personal story.

Your Story May Include Other People

One person’s permission does not always answer for everyone in the story.

Couple journeys, family trips and multigenerational travel can involve information about partners, parents, children or other travellers. TMG should be cautious about turning one person’s description of another person into public content.

When A Traveller Chooses To Share

A private journey can become a Creator Journey only when the traveller chooses a different role.

Some travellers may later decide that what they learned could help another person who wants a similar kind of journey. TMG can provide a separate Creator Journey pathway for that possibility.

That pathway is not a conversion of the traveller’s private file into marketing. It is a new voluntary process with its own review, design, permissions and applicable commercial terms.

Step 1

You decide you want to explore sharing.

Step 2

TMG reviews whether the experience can become a useful and responsible journey blueprint.

Step 3

The public version is intentionally designed rather than copied from private conversations.

Step 4

Creator terms, hosting, specialist involvement and compensation where applicable are defined separately.

The goal is not to make every traveller a Creator. The goal is to protect every traveller until and unless they deliberately choose to create something for others.

Traveller Control Questions

Questions worth answering clearly.

Does answering Travel Discovery give TMG permission to publish my answers?

No automatic public permission is created simply because you complete Travel Discovery. Information may be processed for the purposes described in the applicable privacy and service framework. A separate public use should have an appropriate separate basis.

Can TMG turn my private feedback into a testimonial?

Private feedback is not treated as a public testimonial by default. Any separate identifiable public use should be handled under the relevant permission, privacy, contractual and legal framework.

Can I publicly share my own Thrill My Guide experience?

Yes. This policy protects traveller choice rather than restricting it. Travellers may independently discuss their own experience, subject to applicable law, other people’s rights and the rules of the platform where they publish.

What if my story includes my partner, parents or children?

Extra care may be required because your story can contain information about other people. Public use should consider the rights, permissions and applicable legal requirements relevant to those people, especially where minors are involved.

What if I agreed to something and later change my mind?

Contact TMG and identify the use you want reviewed. Where processing or publication relies on consent, requests to change or withdraw that consent should be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy, agreement and law. What can practically be changed may depend on the specific use and what has already lawfully occurred.

Does TMG promise that my information will always remain completely secret?

No absolute secrecy promise is made. Information may need to be handled for legitimate service, legal, security, operational or other purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy, agreements and law. This policy focuses on preventing inappropriate pressure and automatic public use.

Can I become a Creator after travelling with TMG?

You can ask to explore the Creator Journey pathway. Participation is separate from ordinary travel and may be subject to review, approval, journey design requirements, availability and separate terms.

Will becoming a Creator automatically include coaching, yoga or meditation experts?

No. Specialist involvement depends on the Creator Journey being designed, what is appropriate, availability and separately agreed scope. A Creator may work with TMG to explore relevant specialist support where it genuinely strengthens the journey.

Next In This Policy

What happens when someone voluntarily chooses to share?

The next block should define responsible public sharing, Creator Journey approval, what can and cannot be claimed about a creator’s transformation, hosting and expert participation, commercial disclosure, compensation, truthful scarcity and how public stories remain separate from scientific proof.

Responsible Sharing

Responsible Sharing

If you choose to share your journey, the story should become clearer, not louder.

A Creator Journey gives a traveller a separate way to turn first hand experience into something useful for other people. The purpose is not to make a personal story sound universal. The purpose is to show what one person experienced, what they learned and how that experience may inspire a carefully designed journey for someone who wants a similar direction.

The creator decides to step into a public role. TMG then has a responsibility to keep the public version truthful, properly framed and separate from unsupported promises.

The Essential Distinction

“This happened to me” is a first hand story. “This will happen to you” is a promise.

TMG may responsibly publish the first when properly authorised and contextualised. The second requires evidence that a personal travel story usually cannot provide.

From Personal Experience To Public Journey

A meaningful trip does not automatically become a Creator Journey.

Creator participation is a separate process. TMG may review whether the experience has enough clarity, relevance, practical structure and responsible boundaries to become useful to another traveller.

1

Voluntary interest

The traveller actively chooses to explore becoming a Creator.

2

Experience review

TMG considers what was actually experienced and what can responsibly be shared.

3

Blueprint design

The personal experience is translated into a usable journey structure rather than copied blindly.

4

Boundary review

Claims, privacy, third party stories, creator role and specialist involvement are clarified.

5

Separate agreement

Public participation, hosting and any commercial arrangement are governed separately from the original traveller relationship.

Approval is not automatic.

TMG may decide that a story is meaningful personally but not suitable, sufficiently clear or responsibly structured for a Creator Journey. Protecting the creator and future traveller can be more important than publishing every story.

First Hand Experience Has Value And Limits

A real story can be powerful without pretending to be scientific proof.

Creator Journeys are valuable because someone actually lived the experience. That gives the story provenance. It does not establish that the same emotional, spiritual or life outcome will occur for another traveller.

Responsible

“This journey helped me slow down.”

A clearly attributed description of the creator’s own experience.

Responsible

“This is how I structured the experience.”

A useful blueprint based on first hand context.

Avoid

“This journey will fix your relationship.”

A personal story cannot establish a guaranteed relationship outcome for someone else.

Avoid

“You will return transformed.”

TMG can design a meaningful journey but cannot promise an internal result.

TMG Standard

Experience is evidence of experience.

It is not automatically evidence of what every future traveller will feel, believe or become.

Creator Participation

A Creator can add human context without becoming responsible for every part of the trip.

Depending on the specific Creator Journey, the creator may participate through an online conversation, a live session, an in person interaction or another clearly described format.

The exact role, availability and format should be stated for the relevant journey. A creator’s involvement should not be implied where it is not actually included.

Specialist Support Where Relevant

A Creator Journey can become more complete without pretending the Creator knows everything.

Where appropriate to the journey, TMG may help explore relevant specialist involvement such as yoga, meditation, coaching, destination expertise or other professional input. This is considered case by case and should be separately scoped.

Relevant

Add expertise only where it serves the journey.

Specialist involvement should support a real journey need rather than exist only to make the package appear more complex.

Clearly Scoped

Describe what the specialist actually does.

A meditation session, coaching conversation or destination consultation should not be described as something broader than the service actually provided.

Qualification Aware

Titles should match actual qualifications.

TMG should avoid implying clinical, medical or other regulated expertise where that professional qualification is not present.

Separate From Therapy

A journey remains travel unless a separately defined professional service says otherwise.

Travel, reflection, coaching, yoga and meditation should not be presented as psychotherapy or medical treatment merely because they may support wellbeing.

Compensation And Commercial Transparency

A Creator can be paid without pretending money has nothing to do with the relationship.

Some Creator Journey arrangements may include compensation, revenue participation, hosting fees or another agreed commercial structure. The exact arrangement can vary and should be governed separately.

Where a creator’s public recommendation or communication requires disclosure under applicable advertising, platform or consumer rules, that disclosure should be made appropriately.

Real Availability. Real Scarcity.

Creator availability can be limited. The limitation should be real.

A Creator may have limited dates, a small number of live sessions, personal scheduling constraints or a journey that only operates at certain times. TMG may communicate those limitations when they are genuine.

Appropriate

“Creator available on selected dates.”

Appropriate when the creator genuinely has limited availability.

Appropriate

“Two hosted sessions currently remain.”

Appropriate when the current operational record supports it.

Not Acceptable

Invented bookings or false sold out dates

TMG should not create fictional demand to make the traveller feel pressured.

TMG Standard

If urgency is real, explain why.

A factual reason is more trustworthy than artificial pressure.

Why Become A Creator?

If your journey taught you something worth sharing, you may choose to turn that learning into a doorway for someone else.

The value of becoming a Creator is not that your life becomes a template for everybody. It is that your first hand experience can help another traveller ask better questions, prepare more thoughtfully and understand one possible path.

Creator Journey Questions

Sharing can be powerful when the boundaries stay clear.

Does every meaningful journey qualify as a Creator Journey?

No. Creator participation is subject to a separate process. TMG may consider whether the experience is suitable, responsibly shareable and capable of becoming a useful journey blueprint for other travellers.

Can a Creator promise that I will get the same result they did?

No personal story can responsibly guarantee that another traveller will have the same emotional, spiritual, relationship or life outcome. The creator can describe their own experience and the journey design behind it.

Will the Creator personally host every booking?

Not necessarily. Creator participation depends on the specific journey, availability and what is explicitly included. A Creator may participate through a live session, online interaction, selected hosting dates or another stated format.

Can a Creator Journey include yoga, meditation or coaching?

It may, where relevant and specifically designed into the journey. Specialist participation depends on availability, suitability and separately defined scope. Such services should not be described as medical or psychological treatment unless a separately qualified professional is providing that defined service.

Can Creators earn from their journeys?

Some approved Creator arrangements may include compensation, hosting fees, revenue participation or another agreed commercial structure. The exact arrangement depends on the separate Creator terms and should not be assumed from ordinary traveller participation.

Does creator compensation make the story less authentic?

Compensation does not by itself determine whether a story is authentic. The important questions are whether the experience actually occurred, whether the creator relationship is represented appropriately and whether commercial disclosures required by applicable rules are made.

Can TMG show limited Creator availability?

Yes, when the limitation is real. Creator schedules, hosted sessions, journey dates or other operational constraints can create genuine scarcity. TMG should not fabricate bookings, sold out dates or false urgency.

Is a Creator story scientific evidence?

No. A Creator story is first hand experience. Scientific research, traditional interpretation, personal experience and marketing claims are different kinds of evidence and should remain clearly distinguished.

Next In This Policy

A strong policy also needs accountability when something goes wrong.

The next block should complete the policy with reporting routes, complaints, correction or removal requests where applicable, legal and privacy escalation, exceptions, supplier boundaries, policy interpretation, effective date, versioning, FAQs, formal contact points and the final traveller first commitment.

Accountability And Enforcement

Accountability And Enforcement

A policy matters most when a traveller can question whether we followed it.

Thrill My Guide does not expect a traveller to stay silent simply because a concern involves our own team, a Creator, a contractor or a service partner.

If you believe a boundary in this policy has been crossed, you can ask us to review what happened, why particular information was used and what action may be appropriate in the circumstances.

You Do Not Need A Perfect Legal Argument

If something feels inconsistent with what you understood, identify it and ask us to review it.

The factual and legal basis can then be examined through the appropriate support, privacy, contractual or legal process.

How To Report A Concern

Give us enough context to find the issue without asking you to tell your whole story again.

A useful request normally identifies the material, the concern and what you want reviewed. You do not need to resend unrelated personal information.

1

Identify yourself

Provide enough information for TMG to locate the relevant traveller, booking or communication where necessary.

2

Identify the material

Share the page, post, screenshot, quotation, photograph, video, message or other reference where possible.

3

Explain the concern

Tell us what you believe was shared, pressured, changed, misrepresented or used beyond what you expected.

4

Tell us what you want reviewed

For example, whether a public use should continue, whether attribution is accurate or whether a particular permission applies.

5

Keep evidence if useful

Relevant screenshots, emails or messages can help us understand what was visible at the time.

What Happens After You Raise A Concern?

The response should follow the facts, not the emotion of defending the company.

A concern may involve privacy, consent, a creator agreement, advertising, a supplier, a misunderstanding or an operational need. The review should identify which framework actually applies.

Understand

What actually happened?

Identify the information, people, publication, communication and relevant timeline.

Verify

What basis existed?

Review the relevant permission, agreement, privacy basis, operational need or other applicable condition.

Compare

Does the use match the basis?

A valid purpose in one context does not automatically justify every later use.

Respond

Decide what action is appropriate.

Depending on the facts, this may include clarification, correction, restriction, removal where appropriate, process changes or another response.

A review request does not guarantee a particular outcome.

The appropriate response depends on the facts, applicable law, contractual arrangements, technical feasibility, third party involvement and whether the use already occurred lawfully.

Correction, Restriction Or Removal Requests

If something is wrong, outdated or no longer appropriate, ask us to review the use.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, a traveller may ask TMG to review whether particular information should be corrected, restricted, updated or removed from a TMG controlled public surface.

Requests involving personal information should also be considered under the Privacy Policy and applicable law because this Zero Tolerance Policy does not replace formal privacy rights or legal procedures.

Correct

Something is factually wrong

For example, a quotation is inaccurate, a role is misdescribed or relevant context changes the meaning.

Restrict

A use needs to pause while it is reviewed

Where appropriate and practical, temporary restriction may be considered while the basis is clarified.

Remove

A public use should no longer continue

Removal may be appropriate in some circumstances, subject to the applicable basis, law, technical reality and contractual rights.

Clarify

The use was lawful but misunderstood

Sometimes the appropriate response is better explanation or clearer future communication rather than removal.

Review Privacy Policy

Request A Review

No Retaliation For Honest Feedback

You should not have to choose between being honest and being supported.

Raising a concern, sharing criticism or posting an independent negative review should not by itself cause TMG to deny ordinary support or treat a legitimate booking issue differently.

Creators, Contractors And Service Partners

Traveller respect should not disappear when more people become involved in the journey.

TMG journeys may involve Creators, consultants, destination partners, hotels, transport providers, coordinators, specialists, freelancers and other independent parties.

Their access to information and their responsibilities may differ depending on their role, agreement and legal status.

TMG Team

Internal role based responsibility

Information should be handled according to role, legitimate need and relevant internal expectations.

Creators

Creator access should fit the Creator role

A Creator does not automatically need access to every private Travel Discovery answer or support conversation.

Suppliers

Share what delivery reasonably requires

Hotels, transport providers and local operators may need relevant booking or traveller details to provide their services.

Independent Platforms

TMG cannot control every third party environment

Separate platforms and independent parties may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. TMG’s ability to alter content outside its control may therefore be limited.

What Can Happen If A Problem Is Confirmed?

The response should fit the actual problem.

TMG does not promise one identical remedy for every concern. Depending on the circumstances, corrective action may include one or more of the following.

Correct inaccurate content

Where an identifiable error can be corrected on a TMG controlled surface.

Restrict or remove a use

Where appropriate, legally available and practically within TMG’s control.

Clarify permissions or scope

Future communication may need to explain public use more clearly.

Limit access

Review whether particular information should remain available to the same internal or external roles.

Improve the process

Change forms, instructions, workflows or review checkpoints where a process created unnecessary ambiguity.

Review partner or Creator conduct

Where the concern involves someone working with TMG, contractual or operational follow up may be considered.

Escalate formally

More serious matters may require formal privacy, legal, contractual or governance review.

Explain when no change is required

Accountability also means explaining when a reviewed use appears consistent with the applicable framework rather than promising removal in every case.

Final Part Of This Policy

Zero tolerance needs strong boundaries without pretending that every situation is absolute.

Block 5B will finish the page with lawful and operational exceptions, interpretation rules, relationship with the Privacy Policy and Terms, policy updates, effective date, final FAQs, formal contact routes, final traveller commitment and the closing structured data.

Final Policy Boundaries

Lawful And Operational Boundaries

Protecting personal stories does not mean pretending information never needs to move.

Travel involves real operations. Hotels need guest details. Transport providers may need pickup information. Support teams may need a booking reference. Legal or security obligations may require information to be retained, reviewed or disclosed in appropriate circumstances.

This policy therefore focuses on preventing inappropriate pressure, unnecessary public exposure and careless repurposing. It does not promise that personal information will never be processed, shared or retained when there is a legitimate operational, contractual, security or legal reason.

When Information May Still Be Used

Some uses exist because a journey has to function in the real world.

Depending on the booking, circumstances and applicable legal framework, information may be processed for purposes such as the following.

Journey Delivery

Booking and supplier coordination

Hotels, transport providers, destination partners or other suppliers may need relevant details to provide the booked service.

Personalisation

Travel Discovery and journey planning

Relevant traveller information may be used to understand pace, priorities, comfort, accessibility and other planning needs.

Support

Assistance and complaint handling

Support teams may need relevant records to understand what was booked, communicated or experienced.

Security

Fraud, misuse and platform protection

Information may need to be examined where there is suspected fraud, impersonation, misuse, security risk or another legitimate protection concern.

Legal Compliance

Lawful requests and obligations

Information may need to be retained or disclosed where applicable law, a valid legal process or another binding obligation requires it.

Records

Appropriate record keeping

Some records may need to remain available for accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, security or other legitimate purposes.

This policy does not create a promise that every piece of information can be deleted immediately on request.

Retention, deletion, access, correction and other data rights are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, contractual requirements and law.

How This Policy Fits With Other TMG Documents

Zero Tolerance is a culture and governance standard. It does not replace the documents that govern specific legal questions.

Read this page together with the policy or agreement that actually governs the issue you are trying to understand.

Interpretation

This policy is designed to add protection, not take away rights that already exist.

Nothing on this page is intended to reduce rights or remedies available under applicable law, a binding agreement or another policy that specifically governs the issue.

Where this page conflicts with mandatory law, the applicable law controls. Where a specific booking, Creator or supplier agreement contains additional terms, those terms may also apply to the relevant relationship.

Policy Status

This policy can evolve as TMG, technology, travel operations and applicable requirements evolve.

Effective Date

24 September 2026

Policy Version

Version 1.0

TMG may update this policy to improve clarity, reflect operational changes, address new types of Creator or traveller experiences, or respond to legal and governance developments.

Where a material change affects an existing relationship, the applicable agreement, privacy framework and legal requirements will determine what additional notice or action may be required.

Zero Tolerance Policy FAQs

The questions most likely to matter before you trust us with something personal.

Does the Zero Tolerance Policy mean everything I tell TMG is completely private?

No absolute confidentiality promise is made. Relevant information may need to be processed for planning, booking, support, supplier coordination, security, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes. The policy is specifically designed to prevent inappropriate pressure, unnecessary public exposure and automatic conversion of private traveller information into promotional material.

Will TMG ask me for a five star review?

TMG’s policy is not to make praise or a particular rating feel compulsory. A traveller may independently choose whether, where and how to review the experience.

Will a negative review affect my support or refund request?

A negative review or criticism should not by itself reduce access to ordinary support or determine the outcome of a legitimate booking issue. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are still assessed according to the facts, applicable terms, law and relevant supplier conditions.

Can my Travel Discovery answers be used in advertising?

Completing Travel Discovery does not by itself turn private answers into public advertising content. Any separate identifiable public use should have an appropriate basis under the relevant privacy, permission, contractual and legal framework.

Are the 21, 42 and 63 day reflection points scientifically proven transformation stages?

No. TMG may use those intervals as practical follow up checkpoints for selected journeys. They are not presented as scientifically proven stages of personal transformation.

Does TMG believe I should keep personal change secret?

No. The policy protects choice. You may share your own experience publicly whenever you choose, subject to applicable law and the rights of other people. TMG does not claim that secrecy is necessary for personal change.

Does “Travel That Changes You” guarantee transformation?

No. It describes TMG’s traveller first design philosophy. Travel may create conditions for rest, connection, learning, reflection, faith, perspective or meaningful experience, but TMG does not guarantee a particular emotional, relationship, spiritual or life outcome.

What if I want my journey to help other people?

You can ask to explore the separate Creator Journey pathway. If approved, the experience can be intentionally developed into a responsible journey blueprint under separate Creator terms rather than automatically republishing private traveller information.

Can I ask TMG to remove a story, image or quotation?

You can ask TMG to review a particular use. Whether correction, restriction or removal is required or possible depends on the applicable permission or other basis, law, agreement, technical circumstances, third party involvement and what has already lawfully occurred.

What should I do if I believe this policy was breached?

Identify the relevant content or communication and contact TMG. Ordinary support can be used first where appropriate. Formal policy, privacy or legal concerns can be escalated through the relevant contact route.

The Traveller Comes Before The Story

Travel for the life you want. Share it only when you want.

You may come to Thrill My Guide for rest, family, faith, clarity, celebration, perspective, connection or simply because life needs a different pace for a few days.

You do not need to turn that reason into content for the journey to matter.

We respect your story as deeply as we ask to understand the journey you need.

And if one day you decide that your experience can help another traveller, you can choose to tell that story deliberately, responsibly and in your own role as a Creator.

Travel That Changes You is a journey design philosophy. It is not a guarantee of a particular personal, emotional, spiritual, medical or relationship outcome.
