What does the evidence actually support?
The Ledger records the source and separates the observed finding from the interpretation TMG wants to use.
TMG Evidence And Claim Governance
The TMG Claim Ledger is the system we use to separate evidence, experience, tradition, operational fact and brand philosophy before those ideas become public language.
Its purpose is simple. Say what we can support. Explain what we cannot prove. Keep personal experience personal. Keep belief clearly labelled. And never turn a meaningful possibility into a guaranteed outcome.
Experience Is Labelled
Limitations Stay Visible
Why The Claim Ledger Exists
TMG works with subjects that can be emotionally important: rest, clarity, family, couple connection, pilgrimage, confidence, perspective and meaningful personal change.
Those topics require more discipline, not less. The Claim Ledger helps prevent a reasonable idea from becoming an unsupported promise as it moves from research to a website, advertisement, Creator Journey, sales conversation or social post.
What does the evidence actually support?
The Ledger records the source and separates the observed finding from the interpretation TMG wants to use.
How strongly are we allowed to say it?
“May support” and “will create” are not equivalent. The approved wording should match the strength of the evidence.
What does the evidence not prove?
Limitations matter because the gap between evidence and promise is often where credibility is lost.
Where is the claim allowed to appear?
A statement suitable for a research page may still need different wording in an advertisement, testimonial or package headline.
How It Works
The internal ledger can contain more detail, but the public framework follows the same questions.
Write the exact claim
Record the sentence TMG actually wants to communicate rather than a vague topic.
Classify the evidence
Research, tradition, first hand experience, operational fact and policy are not interchangeable.
Record the source
The source should be traceable enough for someone to revisit what actually supports the statement.
Set the evidence strength
Stronger claims require stronger support. Uncertainty should reduce the strength of the public wording.
Write the limitation
Record what the source does not establish, especially where individual outcomes may differ.
Approve the wording
The published sentence should remain inside the boundary created by the evidence and context.
Define where it can be used
Website research, package copy, Creator Journey pages and paid advertising may need different degrees of caution.
Review it again
Sources, regulations, products and TMG’s own processes can change. Important claims should not be treated as permanently approved.
Evidence Categories
TMG does not want a creator’s personal experience to look like clinical evidence, or a religious belief to look like a laboratory finding. The Claim Ledger keeps those categories visible.
Research
Peer reviewed research, reviews, meta analyses, established datasets or other credible evidence relevant to the claim.
Tradition Or Belief
Religious, spiritual, cultural or traditional interpretation that should be described as belief or tradition rather than scientific proof.
First Hand Experience
What a traveller or Creator personally experienced. Valuable as provenance, but not proof that everyone will experience the same outcome.
Operational Fact
A fact TMG can verify about its own process, journey design, inclusions, workflow, communication or service.
Policy
A public standard TMG has chosen to follow, such as a privacy, review, evidence or publishing rule.
Brand Philosophy
A statement describing what TMG believes travel should be designed around. It should not be mistaken for a guaranteed traveller outcome.
Evidence Strength
The strength scale is not a universal scientific grading system. It is an internal TMG governance tool used to decide how confidently a claim should be communicated.
Multiple credible sources or strong authoritative support relevant to the specific statement.
Relevant evidence supports the direction, but the wording should remain moderate and avoid certainty.
Useful evidence or context exists, but broader conclusions require careful qualification.
Tradition, personal experience, policy and operational facts are classified by what they are rather than forced into a scientific evidence score.
What This Looks Like In Practice
Inside The Boundary
“Travel may create space for reflection and perspective.”
This leaves room for individual differences and does not promise a specific internal result.
Outside The Boundary
“This trip will give you clarity.”
The sentence converts a possible benefit into a guaranteed individual outcome.
Inside The Boundary
“This journey helped me reconnect.”
This can be a valid first hand Creator statement when it accurately reflects that person’s experience.
Outside The Boundary
“This journey will reconnect your relationship.”
A Creator’s experience cannot establish the same relationship outcome for another couple.
TMG Claim Principle
The purpose of evidence is not to make a sentence sound stronger. It is to make the sentence more accurate.

Next In The Claim Ledger
Part 2 should begin the public claim register with Travel That Changes You, Travel Discovery, personalisation, rest, clarity, couple connection, family travel, pilgrimage, Creator Journeys, private feedback and other high use TMG claim families.
Public Claim Register
This register shows the public-facing boundaries around some of Thrill My Guide’s most important and frequently used claim families.
It is not the complete internal working ledger. Individual campaigns, journey pages and Creator agreements may require additional review. The purpose here is to make the governing logic visible.
Claim 01 • Brand Philosophy
This is Thrill My Guide’s brand philosophy. It describes how TMG thinks about journey design: start with the traveller and the life context, not only the destination.
Research Context Available
Approved Boundary
TMG designs journeys around what travellers want travel to support, protect, explore or make space for in their lives.
Do Not Turn It Into
A guarantee that a journey will transform every traveller, permanently change a life or produce a predetermined emotional result.
Claims 02 And 03 • Travel Discovery And Personalisation
Travel Discovery is designed to understand the traveller before shaping the journey. The claim boundary is about better alignment, not prediction of a guaranteed result.
Claim 02
TMG may ask about travellers, time, purpose, pace, mobility, comfort, budget, food preferences, destination priorities and what the traveller hopes the journey gives them.
Travel Discovery helps TMG understand the traveller’s context before shaping journey recommendations.
Travel Discovery scientifically determines the perfect journey for every person.
Claim 03
TMG uses personal context to help align elements such as pace, routing, hotel zone, activity level, comfort and priorities with the people actually travelling.
Personalisation can help align a journey with traveller needs, preferences, comfort, pace and purpose.
Personalised travel guarantees greater happiness, satisfaction or transformation.
Claims 04 And 05 • Rest, Clarity And Perspective
Slower pacing, appropriate buffers, fewer unnecessary transitions and suitable rest periods can reduce avoidable itinerary pressure.
A thoughtfully paced journey may create more space for rest and reduce unnecessary travel fatigue.
This trip cures burnout, exhaustion or a mental health condition.
TMG may intentionally include quieter moments, slower sequences and reflection opportunities when they fit the traveller’s purpose.
Travel may create conditions that support reflection, perspective or a pause from routine.
This journey will give you clarity, solve your decision or tell you what to do with your life.
Claims 06 And 07 • Couple And Family Travel
Claim 06 • Couple Connection
Time away, shared experiences and intentional moments together may support connection for some couples.
A couple journey can create more opportunity for shared time, novelty and meaningful connection.
This journey will repair, save or permanently strengthen your relationship.
Claim 07 • Family Connection
Pace, comfort, mobility and age differences matter when parents, children or multiple generations travel together.
Thoughtful planning can create more comfortable opportunities for families to spend time and experience a journey together.
A family trip guarantees stronger relationships, permanent memories or emotional repair.
Claim 08 • Pilgrimage And Meaning
Pilgrimage may carry deep religious, cultural, family and personal meaning. TMG can describe those traditions and design respectfully around them without claiming that spiritual outcomes are scientifically guaranteed.
Claims 09 And 10 • Creator Journeys
Where accurately represented and appropriately permitted, a Creator can describe what they personally felt, learned, valued or experienced.
“This journey helped me slow down and hear my own thoughts.”
“This journey will give everyone the same clarity.”
TMG may combine a Creator’s experience with destination knowledge, practical planning and traveller fit considerations.
Creator Journeys are informed by a real Creator’s first hand experience and then structured for future travellers.
The Creator’s result proves that every traveller who books the journey will experience the same change.
Claims 11 And 12 • Reviews, Feedback And Traveller Stories
Feedback shared for support, improvement or reflection does not by itself become permission for identifiable public marketing use.
Completing Travel Discovery does not by itself convert private answers into an advertisement, testimonial or Creator story.
Information may still need to be processed for booking, planning, support, security, supplier coordination, legal requirements or other legitimate purposes under the applicable framework.
Claim 13 • Reflection Checkpoints
TMG may use specific time intervals as practical reflection checkpoints in selected journeys or follow up experiences.
Claims 14 To 17 • Commercial Facts
Prices, inclusions, availability, hotel category, transfer arrangements and Creator participation should be treated as verifiable operational claims.
Publish the current applicable basis
A price claim should state or link to relevant per person, group, starting price, season or customisation conditions where they materially affect the offer.
Do not imply what is not included
Hotels, transport, rituals, meals, tickets, guide services and other inclusions should match the actual package or quotation.
Real scarcity only
Limited dates, Creator availability or supplier capacity may be communicated when they are genuine and relevant.
Fake demand or fabricated proof
Do not invent bookings, sold out dates, reviews, traveller counts, ratings, awards or other social proof to create pressure.
Claim Governance By Channel
Can carry greater context, citations, limitations and discussion of uncertainty.
Should connect evidence to practical journey design without implying guaranteed personal outcomes.
Needs especially clear, restrained language because short creative formats can remove important context.
Should distinguish the Creator’s first hand experience from what TMG promises another traveller.
Personalisation should never become an excuse to promise emotional, spiritual or relationship outcomes.
Human Review Matters
A previously approved phrase may still become unsuitable when the product, audience, evidence, regulation, Creator relationship or surrounding context changes.
Next In The Claim Ledger
Block 3 can complete the Claim Ledger page with claim review status, source maintenance, change control, correction process, AI and team usage rules, traveller questions, FAQs, related research, final transparency commitment and page closure.
Claim Maintenance
Research evolves. Prices change. journeys change. Creators change. Suppliers change. Policies change. The wording that was appropriate yesterday may need a different qualification tomorrow.
The Claim Ledger is therefore designed as a living governance system rather than a one time content exercise.
Claim Status
Internally, TMG can use clear review states so writers, marketers, creators and AI assisted workflows know whether a claim is ready for use.
Ready within its stated boundary
The source, wording, limitations and intended use have been reviewed sufficiently for the relevant context.
Usable with additional context
The basic idea may be supportable, but a limitation, attribution or softer wording is needed.
Check before publishing
The source, date, product fact or context needs confirmation before the claim is reused.
Outside the approved boundary
The statement is unsupported, outdated, misleading or too strong for the evidence available.
Source Maintenance
Important evidence based claims should retain enough source information for TMG to understand what was relied on and to revisit that support later.
Record the study, publication, authority, TMG policy, operational record or first hand source behind the statement.
Record what the source actually supports rather than only storing a link or title.
Note important differences in population, setting, method, context or strength of conclusion.
Record when the source and claim were last checked so old approvals do not silently become permanent.
Change Control
Detect the change
New research, new pricing, revised inclusions, supplier changes, Creator changes or policy changes can trigger a review.
Review affected claims
Identify which website pages, ads, PDFs, scripts or Creator materials rely on the changed fact.
Update the approved wording
Strengthen, qualify, replace or withdraw the wording based on what remains supportable.
Update public surfaces
Where practical and appropriate, revise the relevant materials so old claims do not continue simply because they were already published.
Corrections
If TMG discovers that a public claim is inaccurate, materially outdated, unsupported or misleading in context, the appropriate response may include clarification, qualification, correction or removal.
Human And AI Assisted Work
TMG may use human teams and AI assisted systems in research, drafting, marketing, design and customer communication. The same claim boundaries should apply regardless of who or what drafted the sentence.
Do not invent evidence
A draft should not fabricate studies, statistics, traveller numbers, reviews, awards or source details.
Do not upgrade uncertainty
“May support” should not silently become “will create” because the stronger sentence sounds better in an advertisement.
Preserve category labels
Tradition should remain tradition. A Creator story should remain first hand experience. Policy should remain policy.
Escalate uncertainty
When a high impact claim is uncertain, the system should request verification rather than confidently filling the gap.
Before A Claim Goes Live
What This Public Page Is
TMG’s evidence categories, claim boundaries, public examples, review logic and governance principles.
Detailed source notes, internal review comments, draft wording, supplier information and operational records may remain internal where appropriate.
Specific products, campaigns and future claims still need to match their current facts, evidence and context.
Claim Ledger FAQs
No. It is a TMG governance framework for organising claims, sources, evidence strength, limitations and approved wording. Its A, B and C ratings are internal communication controls rather than universal scientific grades.
No. Approval means the wording is considered suitable within its stated evidence and context boundary. Individual travel experiences and personal outcomes can differ.
No. First hand experience can provide authentic provenance about what happened to that person. It does not automatically establish what another traveller will experience.
Yes. TMG can respectfully explain religious, cultural and spiritual traditions where relevant. The Claim Ledger distinguishes tradition or belief from scientific evidence so the two are not presented as interchangeable.
Not necessarily. Research pages can provide citations and detailed limitations. Short advertisements often remove that context, so the public wording may need to be simpler and more restrained.
Yes. A claim may be qualified, updated or withdrawn if research, operations, pricing, product design, regulation or other relevant facts change.
No. This page explains the public framework and important claim families. Internal source notes, operational records and review material may contain additional detail that is not suitable or necessary for public publication.
You can identify the relevant page or statement and contact TMG through the official Contact page. The claim can then be reviewed against the applicable source, facts and context.

The Standard Behind The Sentence
Thrill My Guide is built around meaningful travel. That makes language important. Rest, clarity, faith, connection and perspective deserve more care than a catchy promise.
The Claim Ledger exists so the story stays inspiring without leaving the evidence behind.
Travel That Changes You, responsibly.
Pehle Wajah. Phir Jagah.
The Claim Ledger is a Thrill My Guide governance framework. It does not guarantee a particular travel, emotional, spiritual, relationship, health or life outcome.
