Creator Journeys should begin with real identity, honest context and evidence appropriate to the claims being made. This page explains how Thrill My Guide reviews creator content and the responsibilities that apply when someone contributes to the TMG Creator Journey ecosystem.

TMG Creator Principle
Creator stories can add context, sequence, lessons and lived perspective. Verification helps establish what the creator actually experienced. It does not prove that the next traveller will receive the same personal result.
Relationship With TMG Terms
These Creator Terms supplement the Thrill My Guide Terms and Conditions and any specific written Creator Journey programme terms, campaign agreement, reward arrangement or other creator agreement that applies.
Where a specific written creator agreement contains terms that apply to a particular collaboration, those specific terms should be read together with this page and the main TMG Terms.
Creator Journey Labels
A researched journey concept. The creator is not required to represent that the complete journey was personally undertaken.
A journey represented as personally completed and supported by evidence reviewed under the applicable TMG verification process.
Recognition that may reflect genuine community response, usefulness and eligible activity. It should not be represented as a paid badge.
A concept or sample that may use illustrative information and must not be represented as genuine traveller evidence.
Publication, verification, ranking, visibility, Community Favourite status, rewards, revenue and continued availability are not guaranteed.
Verification Framework
The creator’s identity should be known to TMG.
A journey described as personally completed should have evidence appropriate to that claim.
Relevant photographs and videos should be supplied with the rights and permissions necessary for publication.
Statements attributed to the creator should be confirmed by that creator.
Available records should reasonably support the route, timing and experience being described.
A Creator Journey offered to future travellers should also be reviewed as a real travel product.
Verification should be capable of review where material information, the product or the underlying evidence changes.
The creator’s personal experience must remain separate from a promise about the next traveller.
Evidence TMG May Review
TMG may request reasonable supporting information where a creator represents that a journey, stay, route, activity or experience was personally completed.
TMG does not need to publish private verification documents merely because they were reviewed. Handling of personal information remains subject to applicable privacy requirements and TMG policies.
Journey Creator Responsibilities
Submitted information must not be intentionally false or misleading.
Personal experience should be distinguished from researched information, opinion, tradition or belief.
A personally completed journey must not be claimed without suitable supporting evidence where verification is required.
Prices, dates, availability and operating details should be identified as time sensitive where relevant.
The creator must have the rights necessary to submit text, photographs, videos and documents.
Required permissions should exist for identifiable people, particularly where minors are involved.
Free stays, sponsorships, creator rewards, discounts and other material commercial relationships must be disclosed where relevant.
Fake reviews, fabricated evidence and deceptive engagement are not acceptable.
Claims Creators Must Not Make
A creator may describe what they personally felt, believed or experienced. A creator must not represent that another traveller is guaranteed to receive the same result.
Creator Content Rights
Subject to the main TMG Terms and any applicable written creator agreement, the creator retains ownership of original content they lawfully own.
By submitting creator content to TMG for publication or participation in the Creator Journey programme, the creator grants TMG the licence described in the applicable TMG Terms to host, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, distribute, promote and display that submitted content for operating, marketing and improving TMG and the Creator Journey programme.
A creator should not submit photographs, videos, music, text or other material that they do not own or have authority to use.
Rewards & Commercial Relationships
Rewards, commissions, cash payments, credits, complimentary travel or other benefits apply only where an applicable written TMG creator programme or agreement expressly provides for them.
Where a reward depends on eligible bookings or transactions, the applicable written programme may require completed travel, successful payment, expiry of cancellation periods and absence of fraud, refund or chargeback.
A Journey Creator does not become an employee, partner, franchisee, authorised representative or legal agent of Thrill My Guide merely because content is published or a reward is earned.
Review, Correction & Removal
TMG may review, label, format, edit, correct, suspend, restrict or remove Creator Journey content where reasonably necessary for accuracy, safety, quality, legal compliance, programme integrity or protection of travellers and third parties.
Verification may be reviewed again where material facts change, evidence becomes unreliable, commercial relationships were not disclosed, content rights are challenged or the journey is no longer represented accurately.

Evidence required by the applicable TMG process was reviewed.
Verification Does Not Mean
Every detail will remain current or every future traveller will have the same experience.
Traveller Reliance
Travellers should independently check current prices, availability, opening hours, entry conditions, weather, safety information, health requirements, visa requirements and supplier terms before relying on time sensitive journey information.
Creator verification supports trust in the creator’s own account. It does not transfer responsibility for changing external conditions to the creator or to TMG beyond responsibilities that otherwise apply.
Content TMG May Reject Or Remove
Creator Concerns & Corrections
A creator, traveller, rights holder or other affected person may contact TMG about a material factual error, ownership concern, privacy issue, verification concern or other problem involving Creator Journey content.
Include the relevant page, the specific content concerned, supporting information and the correction or action being requested.
