Terms and Conditions
These Terms explain how Thrill My Guide works, what travellers and Journey Creators can expect, and how bookings, cancellations, Travel Discovery, Creator Journeys, third-party services and formal concerns are handled.
Our purpose is clarity before commitment.
Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of thrillmyguide.com, related Thrill My Guide pages, tools, forms, accounts, communications, Travel Discovery services, Personal Travel Blueprints, direct bookings, facilitated bookings, affiliate links, Creator Journeys, reviews, community features and any other service that refers to these Terms.
“Thrill My Guide”, “TMG”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Thrill My Guide.
These Terms are incorporated into every booking, service, submission or transaction where they are displayed, linked, referred to or expressly accepted.
By creating an account, submitting a booking request, making a payment, completing Travel Discovery, contributing a Creator Journey or expressly accepting these Terms, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood the provisions relevant to your activity.
- You have legal capacity and authority to accept them.
- You will provide accurate and complete information.
- You understand that booking-specific and supplier terms may also apply.
- You agree to use TMG lawfully and responsibly.
A purchase or booking should be completed only after clear notice of the applicable terms and an express affirmative action by the user.
These Terms do not remove any consumer, privacy or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TMG may perform different roles
TMG’s role depends on the page, service, payment route and booking confirmation. The same website may contain different operating models.
The booking page and confirmation are the primary documents for identifying the contracting party, merchant, supplier, payment route and applicable cancellation policy.
Eligibility, minors, accounts and group bookings
A person must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to make a paid booking, create a Journey Creator account or accept these Terms.
A parent or lawful guardian must act for a minor and confirms that they have authority to provide the minor’s information and consent to the relevant journey arrangements.
A person booking for a partner, family, child, parent, senior citizen, friend, team or group confirms that they:
- Have authority to provide the other travellers’ information.
- Will share the applicable terms and itinerary with them.
- Will verify every traveller’s name, age and document details.
- Will disclose relevant accessibility, dietary and safety requirements.
- Will make all payments due unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Users are responsible for protecting passwords, verification codes, account credentials and personal devices.
TMG may request identity or authority verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, child protection, legal compliance or booking fulfilment.
Bookings, prices and payments
A displayed itinerary, availability result, package, quotation or payment page is generally an invitation to submit a booking request.
A booking is confirmed only when:
- The required traveller information has been supplied.
- The applicable terms have been expressly accepted.
- The required payment has been successfully received or authorised.
- TMG or the relevant supplier has issued a confirmation.
An automated acknowledgement of a request or payment instruction does not by itself confirm supplier availability.
Prices may vary according to date, occupancy, traveller age, nationality, currency, taxes, supplier availability, exchange rate and selected inclusions.
Unless expressly included:
- Personal expenses are excluded.
- Bank, gateway and foreign exchange charges may be separate.
- Government fees and taxes may change.
- Optional services and upgrades require additional payment.
TMG may correct a clear price, tax, description or availability error before confirmation. Where payment has been received for an unconfirmed booking affected by such an error, TMG may offer the corrected option or return the amount received.
Payments may be screened for fraud, identity mismatch, sanctions, unauthorised use and chargeback abuse.
Booking-specific and supplier terms
Every journey may have its own payment, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, identification, age, accessibility, luggage, health, behaviour and supplier conditions.
Subject to mandatory law, the following order applies where documents differ:
- The final booking confirmation and clearly displayed booking-specific terms.
- The relevant supplier or third-party platform terms.
- A signed custom quotation or written amendment.
- Applicable Creator Journey programme terms.
- These general Terms and Conditions.
- General marketing, editorial or social media content.
An advertisement, informal chat, telephone conversation or oral statement does not amend a confirmed booking unless an authorised TMG representative confirms the amendment in writing.
Cancellations, changes, no-shows and refunds
Important refund condition: Unless the booking page or confirmation expressly provides a refundable option, a traveller-initiated cancellation after confirmation is non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This policy reflects the fact that TMG, Journey Creators and suppliers may reserve inventory, begin personalisation, allocate people or commit funds after confirmation.
| Situation | General treatment | Possible exception |
|---|---|---|
| Change of mind or personal cancellation | Generally non-refundable after confirmation, including work, family, relationship, preference or scheduling reasons. | A written refundable rate, supplier concession, travel insurance benefit or mandatory legal right may apply. |
| Illness, injury, bereavement or personal emergency | These events do not automatically create a refund right where committed services remain payable. | TMG may request a supplier exception or assist with an insurance claim without guaranteeing approval. |
| No-show, late arrival or early departure | No refund for missed or unused rooms, nights, transport, activities, meals, guides or other services. | A supplier may voluntarily agree to a credit or recovery. |
| Missed flight, train, transfer or activity | No refund where the traveller is late, uses the wrong location, misreads the timing or is not reasonably contactable. | TMG may help arrange alternatives at additional cost. |
| Passport, visa, permit or identity problem | No refund where travel is prevented by missing, expired, incorrect or mismatched documents or denied boarding or entry. | Any recovery remains subject to supplier rules and applicable law. |
| Voluntary non-use of an itinerary component | No refund for services the traveller chooses not to use, changed preferences or unused inclusions. | A written modification accepted before the service may apply. |
| Supplier cancellation or material supplier change | The supplier’s terms apply. TMG may assist with substitution, rebooking, credit or recovery. | Any refund is ordinarily limited to the amount recovered from the supplier or required by law. |
| TMG cancels a confirmed service provided directly by TMG | TMG may offer a suitable substitute, re-performance, credit or refund in accordance with the confirmation and applicable law. | Properly committed third-party amounts remain subject to the relevant supplier terms. |
| Natural event or another extraordinary circumstance | A cash refund is not automatically guaranteed. Supplier recovery, credits, alternative dates and applicable law will be considered. | The result depends on the affected service and supplier. |
Non-refundable work and committed costs
Unless the confirmation states otherwise, the following may become non-refundable once work begins or resources are committed:
- Custom itinerary and personalisation charges.
- Paid Travel Discovery or Blueprint charges.
- Research, consultation, coordination and planning fees.
- Creator Journey development or review fees.
- Clearly disclosed processing or service charges.
- Supplier deposits and non-refundable inventory.
- Permits, tickets, reservations and pre-booked experiences.
Change requests
A request to change dates, names, travellers, routes, hotels, rooms, vehicles or activities is not guaranteed.
An approved change may require:
- Supplier approval.
- Payment of the current price difference.
- Payment of supplier or administrative charges.
- Acceptance of revised cancellation conditions.
Approved refunds
An approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment route. Processing time may depend on the supplier, payment gateway, bank, card network and applicable regulation.
Events beyond reasonable control
Travel may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of TMG, Journey Creators and suppliers, including:
- Flood, earthquake, fire, extreme weather or natural disaster.
- Epidemic, pandemic, quarantine or public-health restriction.
- War, terrorism, civil disturbance, protest or security event.
- Government order, border closure, visa restriction or curfew.
- Strike, labour disruption or transport shutdown.
- Airline, railway, hotel or supplier operational failure.
- Road closure, pilgrimage restriction or local entry limitation.
- Internet, electricity, payment network or infrastructure failure.
- Unexpected closure of an attraction, temple, event or activity.
Where reasonably possible, TMG may help offer an alternative date, route, supplier, credit, recovery request or modified itinerary.
TMG cannot guarantee that an independent supplier will approve a cash refund, credit or date change.
Travellers remain responsible for suitable travel insurance, emergency planning and compliance with official advisories.
Affiliate links and independent platforms
TMG may display links, widgets, advertisements or referral services operated by independent platforms, including, where displayed:
- GetYourGuide.
- Travelpayouts and participating travel brands.
- Trip.com.
- Booking.com.
- Agoda.
- Amazon or Amazon Associates.
- Hotels, airlines, activity platforms, insurers and other partners.
The appearance of a platform or supplier name does not mean TMG owns, controls or guarantees that platform or supplier.
When a user leaves TMG and completes a transaction elsewhere:
- The third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.
- The third party or its supplier controls confirmation and fulfilment.
- Its cancellation, refund and support process applies.
- Its prices and availability may change independently of TMG.
- TMG may receive an affiliate commission for an eligible transaction.
TMG may help identify the correct support channel but cannot compel an independent platform to approve a refund, change or compensation.
TMG remains responsible for its own statement or obligation to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Hotels, flights, transport, activities and traveller responsibilities
Independent suppliers control many elements of a journey, including rooms, seats, schedules, vehicles, guides, meals, entry procedures, activities and local operations.
Unless expressly guaranteed in the final confirmation:
- Photographs may be illustrative.
- Exact room views, floors and room numbers are not guaranteed.
- A vehicle may be replaced by a reasonably similar vehicle.
- A driver, guide or other assigned person may change.
- Flight, railway, transfer and activity schedules may change.
- Darshan, rituals, queues and religious-site access depend on local authorities.
- Weather, visibility, wildlife and natural experiences cannot be guaranteed.
A reasonably comparable substitution is not automatically a deficiency where the essential value of the confirmed journey is preserved, subject to applicable law.
Travellers are responsible for:
- Checking names, dates, passports and identity information.
- Obtaining visas, permits, vaccinations and entry documents.
- Reviewing official government and destination advisories.
- Arriving at the required location and time.
- Remaining contactable during the journey.
- Assessing personal health, mobility and activity suitability.
- Disclosing relevant accessibility, dietary and safety requirements.
- Following local law, cultural rules and supplier safety instructions.
- Protecting cash, devices, documents and personal property.
An active service concern should be reported promptly so that a practical solution can be attempted while the journey is continuing.
TMG Travel Discovery and Personal Travel Blueprints
Travel Discovery is designed to understand the traveller before recommending possible destinations, experiences or journeys.
It is not a medical diagnosis, psychological assessment, legal advice, financial advice, relationship therapy, astrological guarantee or emergency-support service.
Travel Discovery may consider:
- The traveller’s reason for travelling.
- How the traveller hopes to feel afterwards.
- Companions and family context.
- Time, budget comfort, pace and starting location.
- Accessibility and practical comfort.
- Interest in spirituality, culture, nature, adventure, luxury or rest.
- Optional context voluntarily shared by the traveller.
Free Travel Discovery
A free Travel Discovery or free Personal Travel Blueprint is provided without a guaranteed delivery time, availability or promise that every traveller will agree with the recommendation.
A stated period such as 24 to 72 hours is an estimate unless TMG expressly confirms a fixed deadline in writing.
TMG may prioritise requests based on available capacity, urgency, completeness, safety, relevance and operational workload.
TMG may request more information, provide a shorter response, pause, delay or decline a request where information is incomplete, the request requires unavailable expertise, the service cannot be responsibly assessed or the request is abusive, unlawful or unsafe.
Human review and technology
Technology may help organise responses, identify themes, store progress and support internal workflow.
References to human review mean that people may review or refine the relevant output. They do not mean that every answer is reviewed by every category of expert or by a multidisciplinary panel.
Recommendations remain guidance
A Personal Travel Blueprint reflects the information available at the time and may contain opinions, possibilities and recommendations rather than objective promises.
The traveller remains responsible for evaluating price, safety, health, visa requirements, suitability and the final booking decision.
A personal difference of opinion or dissatisfaction with a free recommendation does not by itself establish negligence or deficiency in service. This does not affect any right that applicable law does not permit TMG to exclude.
Expert-curated and outcome-first journeys
TMG may describe journeys as expert-curated, human-reviewed, outcome-first, purpose-led or designed around a particular traveller need.
These descriptions mean that relevant travel, destination, hospitality, behavioural, wellness or experience-design perspectives may have been applied as described on the page.
They do not mean:
- Every package has been reviewed by every type of expert.
- Every contributor holds a regulated professional qualification.
- A particular emotional, relationship, spiritual or life result is guaranteed.
- The journey replaces medical, psychological, legal or therapeutic support.
- The same approach will create the same experience for every traveller.
Where a named professional or specialist is involved, their role and relevant credentials should be stated accurately.
TMG does not promise that travel will cure stress, heal a relationship, resolve grief, treat a health condition, create spiritual awakening or permanently transform a person’s life.
TMG Creator Journeys
Creator Journeys allow people to create, document and share meaningful travel knowledge under their own identity.
Publication, verification, ranking, visibility, Community Favourite status, revenue, rewards and continued availability are not guaranteed.
TMG may review, edit, label, suspend, correct or remove Creator Journey content for accuracy, safety, quality, legal compliance or protection of travellers and third parties.
Journey Creator responsibilities
A Journey Creator confirms that:
- The submitted information is honest and not intentionally misleading.
- Research is distinguished from personal experience.
- A completed journey is not claimed without suitable evidence.
- Prices and dates are identified as time-sensitive where relevant.
- The creator has rights to submitted text, photographs, videos and documents.
- Required permission exists for identifiable people and minors.
- Commercial relationships, free stays and sponsorships are disclosed.
- The content does not contain fake reviews or fabricated evidence.
- The content does not infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.
No creator outcome guarantees
A creator must not claim or promise that a journey will:
- Heal depression, trauma, grief or a health condition.
- Repair a marriage or relationship.
- Create a guaranteed spiritual, religious or astrological result.
- Guarantee happiness, employment, confidence or transformation.
- Guarantee safety, weather, access, darshan or supplier performance.
A creator’s story, belief, opinion or personal result belongs to the creator. It is not automatically a promise or guarantee made by TMG.
Creator content licence
The creator retains ownership of original content but grants TMG a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, adapt, translate, distribute, promote and display the submitted content for operating, marketing and improving TMG and the Creator Journey programme.
Creator rewards
Rewards, commissions, cash, credits or benefits apply only where a separate written programme expressly provides them.
Rewards may depend on valid eligible bookings, completed travel, expiry of cancellation periods, successful payment and absence of fraud, refund or chargeback.
A Journey Creator is not an employee, partner, franchisee, authorised representative or legal agent of TMG merely because content is published or a reward is earned.
Travellers following Creator Journeys
Travellers must independently verify current prices, availability, opening hours, entry rules, safety, weather, health, visas and supplier conditions.
Verification means that evidence required by TMG’s process was reviewed. It does not guarantee that every detail remains current or that every traveller will have the same experience.
Reviews, community content, advertising and affiliates
Reviews and traveller stories must reflect genuine experience and must not be fabricated, purchased or deceptively coordinated.
A reviewer should disclose a complimentary stay, discount, creator reward, employment, family relationship or another material connection.
TMG may moderate or remove content that is:
- False, misleading or unsupported.
- Threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or abusive.
- Irrelevant, spam-like or promotional solicitation.
- Submitted to manipulate ratings or rankings.
- Infringing, private or unlawful.
- Malware or technically harmful.
Moderation does not mean TMG has independently verified every opinion.
TMG may advertise through Google, Meta, search engines, social media, creators, publishers and other channels.
A live booking page and final confirmation control over an earlier advertisement where prices, availability or conditions have changed.
Some links may be affiliate links. TMG may receive a commission when a user follows such a link and completes an eligible purchase.
Personal data, communications, documents and cybersecurity
TMG’s separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, retained and shared.
Depending on the service, TMG may process:
- Name, age or date of birth where relevant.
- Email address and telephone number.
- Location, city and travel information.
- Booking and payment information.
- Travel preferences and Discovery responses.
- Passport, visa, insurance or traveller documents where necessary.
- Accessibility, dietary or health information voluntarily supplied for travel arrangements.
- Creator evidence, journey records and submitted media.
- Device, browser, security and website interaction information.
Information may be used for providing services, personalising journeys, communicating booking information, preventing fraud, meeting legal obligations, handling complaints and improving TMG through aggregated or appropriately de-identified analysis.
Service communications
When a user requests Travel Discovery, creates an account, submits a journey, makes a booking or contacts TMG, TMG may send communications reasonably necessary to respond and provide the requested service.
Optional marketing
Promotional email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp communications should be based on separate consent or another lawful basis. Marketing preferences may be withdrawn through the available unsubscribe or communication channel.
Refusing optional marketing does not prevent essential booking, security, account or service communications.
Document storage
Any TMG document-storage or travel-vault feature is provided as a convenience and does not replace original documents, official systems or a user-controlled backup.
Users should:
- Upload only information reasonably required for the service.
- Avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information.
- Keep independent secure copies of all important documents.
- Verify that every uploaded document is current and accurate.
- Remove outdated documents when no longer required.
Security
TMG aims to maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved.
No website, WordPress system, cloud provider, payment network, communication platform or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available.
If TMG becomes aware of a relevant personal-data or security breach, it will assess the event, take reasonable containment and remediation steps and provide notices required by applicable law.
TMG is not responsible for a security incident caused solely by a user’s compromised device, disclosed password, shared verification code or fraudulent third-party link, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Intellectual property, images and takedown requests
The TMG name, logo, website design, original text, Travel Discovery system, Personal Travel Blueprint formats, graphics, databases and other original platform material are owned by or licensed to TMG.
Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, frame, republish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit TMG material without written permission, except where applicable law permits.
TMG may use original, licensed, supplier-provided, creator-provided, stock, public-domain or generated visual material.
A person who believes that content infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights should email legals@thrillmyguide.com and provide:
- The claimant’s full name and authority to act.
- Identification of the relevant protected work or right.
- The exact TMG page or content concerned.
- Evidence of ownership or authorisation.
- Contact information.
- A good-faith explanation of the concern.
- The action requested.
TMG may temporarily restrict, replace or remove material while a claim is assessed. Such action does not automatically amount to an admission of infringement or liability.
Prohibited use, suspension and termination
A user must not use TMG to:
- Commit fraud, impersonation or payment abuse.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.
- Create fake bookings, reviews, identities or creator evidence.
- Threaten, harass or discriminate against another person.
- Publish unlawful or exploitative content.
- Misuse personal data or travel documents.
- Promote dangerous or illegal travel conduct.
- Manipulate rewards, ratings, reviews or refunds.
- Misrepresent themselves as authorised by TMG.
- Circumvent security, payment or programme controls.
TMG may restrict or terminate an account, booking request, Creator Journey, review, programme participation or document feature where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud, comply with law, address a material breach or remove harmful or infringing content.
Where practical and lawful, TMG may provide notice and an opportunity to clarify or correct the issue.
Service disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity
TMG remains responsible for every obligation that applicable law does not allow it to exclude or limit.
Subject to that protection:
- General website content may become outdated as suppliers or destinations change.
- TMG does not guarantee continuous availability of every website feature.
- TMG does not guarantee that every journey will suit every traveller.
- Prices and third-party inventory are not guaranteed until confirmation.
- Weather, wildlife, access, queues, rituals and personal outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Creator and community content may contain personal opinions.
- Independent third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
- Travel involves risks that cannot be eliminated completely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, opportunity, profit, business or anticipated savings.
TMG is not responsible for loss caused by:
- Supplier conduct outside TMG’s reasonable control.
- Traveller lateness, no-show or document failure.
- Events beyond reasonable control.
- Incorrect or withheld traveller information.
- A creator statement that TMG did not expressly adopt.
- Independent platform outages, price changes or account decisions.
For a paid service provided directly by TMG, aggregate contractual liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid directly to TMG for the specific affected service.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights or mandatory data-protection duties.
User and creator indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a user or creator is responsible for reasonable losses and third-party claims directly caused by their fraud, impersonation, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property infringement, privacy infringement, false evidence or material breach of these Terms.
This does not transfer responsibility arising from TMG’s own fraud, wilful misconduct or legal obligation that cannot be excluded.
Complaints, grievances and legal concerns
TMG welcomes the opportunity to understand and investigate a concern through a clear written process.

A complaint should include the booking, Travel Discovery or Creator Journey reference, relevant dates, facts, supporting documents and the practical resolution requested.
TMG aims to acknowledge a qualifying consumer grievance within 48 hours and to provide redress or a reasoned response within one month from receipt, subject to complexity and applicable law.
An acknowledgement confirms receipt. It does not mean that a complaint, refund request or legal allegation has been accepted.
Identity verification may be requested before TMG discloses account, booking, creator or personal information.
Immediate fraud, physical danger, stolen payment credentials or active cybercrime should also be reported promptly to the relevant bank, platform, police or government authority.
Governing law and Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject only to a statutory jurisdiction, consumer forum or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded, every eligible dispute, proceeding or claim involving Thrill My Guide shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts and tribunals at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties should ordinarily provide written details of the dispute and allow a reasonable opportunity for good-faith investigation and resolution.
General legal provisions
Changes to these Terms
TMG may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, suppliers, technology, risk, business operations or law.
The version accepted for an existing confirmed booking will ordinarily continue to apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or expressly accepted by the parties.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
A delay in enforcing a right does not permanently waive that right.
Transfer
TMG may transfer relevant rights or obligations as part of a genuine restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing or sale of business, subject to applicable law and existing consumer rights.
A traveller or creator may not transfer a booking, account or contractual right without the required TMG and supplier approval.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the booking confirmation, booking-specific conditions, supplier terms, Privacy Policy and any signed written amendment form the applicable agreement for the relevant service.
Language
TMG may provide translations for convenience. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the English version will be used to interpret an inconsistency.
Continuing provisions
Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, data records, creator obligations, complaints, liability, indemnity and disputes may continue after completion, suspension or termination where their nature requires.
Thrill My Guide’s principle is clear information, responsible travel, honest expectations and traveller fit before hype or commission.
